For this project, we tried inter-professional cooperation and students from the Department of Architecture and Department of Industrial Design of two universities visited the traditional bamboo weaving craftsmanship in Longquan City, Zhejiang Province, China, and launched a month-long design cooperation, in which we used 3D printing technology. It is the basis for shape exploration, trying to give a new shape to the traditional bamboo weaving process.
